How are your engineers vetted?
7 of every 1,000 candidates are hired from our vetting pipeline. The process tests technical depth, architecture judgement, communication, and ownership before an engineer is introduced to a client.
How does billing work?
You can pay monthly for actual hours, use a prepaid hours bank, or reserve steady monthly capacity. We explain the rate and expected shape before work starts, and provide a detailed log of billed time.
Can I start small?
Yes. Many engagements begin with a few hours to scope or unblock something specific, then grow only if it makes sense. You are not committing to a large SRE contract to get started.
Can you take part of our on-call rotation?
Yes. SRE engagements can include carrying pager time on your rotation, building the runbooks behind it, or both. We tune alerts down to what matters so the rotation stays sustainable.
