We hit 2m$ of annual revenue with 1 sales guy.

We’re looking to hire another sales person.

Focus is on our Staff Augmentation offering.

Generous base salary + Bonuses model.

Report directly to the CEO (current sales guy).

What you'll do

  • Generate leads using outreach: Define strategy & Execute it
  • Make sure we are a head of things and lead follow-ups, QBR's, track next steps, and keep clients moving forward
  • Keep communication organized across accounts, delivery teams and clients POC
  • Qualify the leads: Close Staff Aug Leads, Redirect Project Leads
  • Run the process until the deal is signed: Discovery, Prove Value, Negotiate
  • Involve technical team members as needed to sign the deals
  • Build client-ready decks, case studies, and demo prep materials
  • Build & improve the sales assets: scripts, pipeline, training, docs
  • Groom the sales pipeline like there’s no tomorrow
  • Work with the clients and marketing to improve our positioning and assets: Case Studies, Website content, etc
  • Support analyzing sales data to manage the bonuses program and to derive insights to improve the team
  • Do training and analyze sales calls continuously to PERFECTION

What we're looking for

  • Strong skills in CRM tools, pipeline reporting, and sales documentation
  • 2–3 years in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Business Development
  • Excellent communication and writing English, client facing documents are clear, persuasive, and on brand
  • Comfortable working in U.S. time zones, remote first, self-directed, accountable

We offer hourly contracts and you get paid for the hours worked every month.

Absolutely! Most of our engineers stay with us long-term. Even after a project concludes, we usually have new opportunities available, allowing us to continue our collaboration.
